I went and purchased a Panasonic, very quiet fan - rather large for the room. I wasn't home when David arrived on time, but my mother-in-law was impressed. I checked the work and was surprised to see so little trace that something had been done. He had to go into the attic through the bedroom closet of another room (tight squeeze).
